The problem

QD2 is ARGO's enterprise questionnaire tool. An internal UX scorecard raised questions about how it compared with established survey platforms, and the ask was to find where it was falling behind.

What I did

I led the research with one designer, comparing QD2 with Qualtrics, Medallia, Alchemer and SurveyMonkey across the whole survey lifecycle: creating, distributing and reporting. The biggest gap wasn't a missing feature. Creating, sending and reporting on a survey happened in three separate systems.

Try a decision. The ask was to find where QD2 fell behind its competitors. The biggest gap turned out to sit outside QD2. What leads the report?

Outcome

Targeted fixes for the survey builder, and a lead recommendation to bring QD2 and Customer Engagement together into one connected experience. The findings went to leadership and fed into modernization planning.
