The problem
When I joined ARGO in 2023, I was the first dedicated UX researcher on a newly restructured team. How projects were planned, researched and evaluated depended on who was leading them, and good methods were hard to find at the moment someone needed one.
What I did
I worked with the lead designer to adapt the Double Diamond into a shared process, then built what made it usable day to day: project briefs, research plans, kickoff questions, five workflow checklists for different kinds of projects, and method cards for choosing and running research.
Try a decision. The team needed a shared way of working. One process for every project, or room to vary?
Where it stands
Ongoing. The resources are part of how the team works, and the audit method built on OASIS was reused for SAND. A proposal for fitting UX into ARGO's development lifecycle is written; wider adoption is still the open part.
