The problem

CONNECTS is ARGO's omnichannel banking platform. Tellers, relationship bankers, and branch managers all work in it, on very different jobs, and over time it had collected inconsistent patterns and workflows that didn't reflect those differences. The recurring challenge was helping people keep the context they need while moving through complex work.

What I did

I started in 2023, as a UX design intern looking at search and session management, with little access to users. So I learned the system from the inside, including a 900-page user guide. That grew into leading UX direction across several workstreams: role-based dashboards and profiles, teller transactions, product setup, account profiles, and sales performance management.

Try a decision. A teller has just finished a deposit. The customer also wants cash back. What should the screen do?

Where it stands

Ongoing. The teller transaction experience was tested in person with users. The Account Profile redesign is complete and approved, and the Sales Performance Management design is complete. Newer task-focused workspaces are heading toward build.
